Upon arrival, I was pleased with the quiet and spacious standard queen room that even had room for a chair.

I had compact and neat room with an extra single bed, coffee making facilities plus T V Tea & Coffee. The staff were excellent and pleasant, everything was absolutely fine.

Location is perfect and nice, property is reasonably clean and breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful. The suite is airy and has iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV. Our beds are very clean.

Great location close to the seafront and attractions on the Jurassic coast like Durdle Door, Old Harry's Rock, Portland, and Corfe Castle. Disliked the noise from the traffic, which may not be an issue for everyone but was bothersome for us. , the wifi signal in the rooms was a bit weak, making it difficult for multiple devices to connect at the same time.

The service was terrific, with caring and excellent staff always on hand. The location near Weymouth was absolutely perfect, serving as an excellent base to explore the Dorset coast. The location is magnificent, near attractions on the Jurassic coast like Durdle Door, Old Harry's Rock, Portland, and Corfe Castle. The town center and the harbour are also nearby. Everywhere was perfectly clean. The room was really airy and had a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities. we really enjoyed our stay at Philbeach Guest House in Weymouth. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions and the town center within easy reach. The cleanliness and amenities in our room made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
